Chair intro (by Fiu Mata’ese Elisara-La’ulu): This year, 2011, has been another challenging year for our global, regional and national work in terms of the on-going and drastic reduction in financial resources. I continue to believe that our success has been our own worst enemy: the work of the GFC network continues to be principled and to maintain the integrity that we are all so proud of, despite the issue of resulting resources.
